Food Box through the Commodity Supplemental Food Program works to improve the health of low-income people by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods. We partner along with the Atlanta Community Food Bank to assist the clients in the application process and obtain an assortment of basic food and list of supplies at our location.

Atlanta Community Food Banks’ mission fights hunger by engaging, educating, and empowering our communities. In addition, the organization provides significant initiatives through seven (7) projects engaging, educating, and empowering both individuals in NEED, DONATIONS, and through VOLUNTEER support. Although Atlanta Community Food Bank’s (core work is food distribution), their efforts extend way beyond that concept. It is an honor and pleasure for Senior Community Outreach to partner with an incredible organization.
